One of the first thing that comes to our mind when we talk about alcohol is the bad impact on health. In some studies is said the drinking alcohol in moderate way can be beneficial for our health. Drinking a glass of wine o day can some years in our clock. Heavly drinking is one of the bad habits a person can have. Alcohol consumption can lead to health problems related to brain and nervous system, pancrease, heart, and liver. Increased blood pressure and cholestrerol levels from drinking are major risk for heart attacks and strokes.
Beverages like soda, sport drinks and other processed juices that contain a high sugar level have an impact on health and longevity perspective. The problem is not the part when you eat but because you drink it. Sugar intake increases premature death but only when it was on beverage is said in study. One can of soda or other beverages that contain sugar are equivalent to 3 dayily serving of vegetables or fruits.
4. Sleep & Rest
To have a good day or bad one start from the quality of sleep you have. Having 6 to 8 hours of sleep is the necessary amount of hours our body needs to have a good rest. The question having more or less hours of sleep is it good or bad for our health. Research tell to us that having less than 6 or more than 9 hours have a bad impact on our lifespan by decreasing it.Enough quality sleep can lower the risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity and mood disorder. One of the main factors of sleep is that the right amount of rest helps our body recover from different illness faster. But on the other hand if having less than 6 ore more than 9 can increases the risk of chronic disease as mentioned before like heart diseases, diabetes etc.
5. Stress, Emotions & Mental Well-being
Stress is one of the most common thing to happen on our everyday life . Some degrees of stress are considered normal and healthy. The problem is when we have chronic stress that causes raise of blood pressure , heart attack and strokes that have a huge impact on the life expectancy . We suggest to stop overthinking, take care of your mental health and to start thinking postivly and to start making changes to say goodbye to stress.

Family, friendship and work enivorment are the most common ways of socializing. Strong socializing has a good impact on our mental and physical well-being. You have to change sitting for to much even if just start just doing 15 minutes of workout or walking during breaks changes a lot on your count. Balancing them both have a very good impact, you can also do them at home by a minimum of 30 minutes would be a good start.

Regular check-up can inform you for certain health condition and an early warning can stop the condition to become more worse. To prevent an health condition is more good than curing when it gets in certain stage that medication is necessary.
